From a tiny condo room
to the tea shop everyone queues for
ChaChan began as the dream of a 19-year-old founder in a tiny condo room on Ratchada 6. At first it was not even for sale — just endless test batches, tasted personally and shared with friends and family, refined again and again on one simple belief: a glass of Thai tea should be "truly bold, truly fragrant, and brewed with heart."
No marketing budget, no promo team — the shop grew purely by word of mouth. First-timers became regulars, some ordering several glasses a day, until ChaChan grew to 3 branches — including one in Central Ladprao — with a 4.9-star rating from nearly a thousand customers.
The founder still oversees every detail — flavor, ingredients, the shopfront — believing quality must come before expansion. Franchising can wait; a consistent, identical glass every time comes first.
